Make Traditional Style Statement with Gujarati Sari, Know to Wear It!!!

When it comes to Gujarati Saris, they are colorful and bright. The beauty and the look of Gujarati sari are consummate. Gujarati style of sari brings out the best. It accentuates the beauty of women to a very high level. Gujarati Style sari can be worn in all occasion and it brings out the best in you. That is the reason we are giving you the simple step to drape Gujarati style sari.

Properly hold the sari, like fall of the sari facing towards you.

Now wrap the sari around your waist once and tuck it inside. The pallu of the sari must be             outside (Pallu –decorated side of the sari)

Once more you wrap the sari around you but do not tuck it in for the second time.

Make plates of 4 to 5 inches to the left of your belly button and tuck it in midriff.

Pin the plates with safety pins or you can go for designer sari brooch, it looks classy.

Drape the remaining sari, specifically the pallu around you, make plates and this is where the           typical Gujarati style come. Instead of common sari draping, take the pallu from left side to             right side.

Take the pallu around from the back over to the right shoulder and pin it up neatly leaving pleats hanging in the front. Now, pin the hanging pleats neatly on the left side of your waist.

Choosing Gujarati style sari for an occasion is the most fastidious job. Hope you do it in a best way and look fab in all occasion.

Rich Culture and Tradition Comes Alive with Bengali Sari, Know to wear It!!!

When it comes to West Bengal, Bengali people are known for their sophisticated etiquette's and
mostly for their detailed dressing sense. Traditional Bengali saris are the prominent theme for any occasion, from festival to marriages.

Bengali sari is the most mystifying attire. Draping the Bengali sari primarily depend on the fabric
and texture of the fabric. If you are beginner and love to wear Bengali sari means go for soft fabrics like chiffon, net, Georgette and crepe.

In this blog post I am giving you simple ways to drape Bengali sari.

• If you are new beginner, start with a synthetic sari, as it is easy to drape and feels comfortable to wear.

• Wear matching and correct size petticoat. Properly hold the sari, like fall of the sari facing towards you.

• Now wrap the sari around your waist once and tuck it inside. The pallu of the sari must be outside (Pallu –decorated side of the sari)

• Once more you wrap the sari around you but do not tuck it in for the second time.

• Take the remaining sari from front side so that it crossed the folds in the front. Now, take it towards the back, on the right side and tuck in midriff.

• Take pallu of your sari and drape it comfortably. Make clean plates and pin it with your blouse on the shoulder. The border of the sari should hand down to the left side of your knee.

• Now, this is the main step to drape the Bengali saree. Take bunch of keys and tie a knot with the key ring to the corner of a pullu. Take the pallu corner to which the keys are attached. Take it from underneath your right hand and then, let the pallu fall along your right shoulder to your back.

And this is the typical way to wear a Bengali sari.

Amma, I Love You!!!

“As mothers and daughters, we are connected with one another. My mother is the bones of my spine, keeping me straight and true. She is my blood, making sure it runs rich and strong. She is the beating of my heart. I cannot now imagine a life without her.”

My Amma has always played an important role in improving the conditions of our family. My amma is the eye of our family, she is the mother of our family, she is the symbol of scarifies. My Amma is valued for the way she dedicated herself to the family. She works round the clock every day of the year. There is never a 9 to 6 job for her, which is why I would like to thank her via this blog post.

Since the birth of the baby, my Amma gave countless sacrifices for us. In return, it’s only nice to make her feel really special at least once in a year.

“Of all the rights of women, the greatest is to be a MOTHER”.

Buddha honored mothers when he said, "As a mother, even at the risk of her peculiar life, loves and protects her child, so let a man nurture adore without measure toward the whole world".
In my life, the place that my Amma holds can never ever be taken over by anyone else. She is the only person who is always there to love us, care for us and even makes a lot of sacrifices for us.

There isn't any other person in this world, who will be willing to do the things for us that our Amma does. It is with the aim of thanking my Amma for all her concern, love, care and efforts that Mother's Day Celebration started throughout the world. Amma, I love you for everything you have done for us, especially for me.

Any woman can be a mother, but it takes someone special to be called “AMMA”
